The Sunshine Enterprise, Inc. family wants to let you know how much your words and gestures of kindness have meant to us this past week as we grieve the loss of Wei Chen, John Chen, Bruce Pelynio, and Danielle Mitchell.
Just last week, all leaders and employees of Sunshine Enterprise, Heli Americas, and StepUp Scaffold came together in a company retreat to align on one-year, three-year, and 10-year strategies. The retreat solidified our approach to entering 2019 strongly -- as a team united under our one core purpose, which is: “We elevate our employees, customers, and industries to safely build and maintain the world.”
Nothing can replace the brilliance and impact Wei, John, Bruce, and Danielle brought to our company. We miss them greatly. We will continue to serve you, our valued customers, in the way Wei would have expected of us.
The families have made service arrangements that we would like to share with you here.

Bruce Pelynio's Service Arrangements
President, Heli Americas
Bruce was a true leader.
He loved his team at Heli Americas. He was there for his employees - not just as a boss. His door was open to them for any matter, large or small. His favorite statement was a Benjamin Franklin quote: "We must indeed, all hang together, or most assuredly we shall all hang separately."
A private celebration of his life will be taking place.
For those who wish to donate in his memory,
Danielle Mitchell's Service Arrangements
Controller, Sunshine Enterprise
From the moment Danielle walked through our door to interview with Sunshine Enterprise, she made a tremendous mark on our company.
She was a great cultural fit and rose to the duties of her role from day one. And just like Wei, she had a tremendous zest for life.
